Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting small, handmade businesses! We take immense pride in crafting each item fresh for your order. Please read our shipping guidelines before completing your purchase. 

  • Processing Times Because our luxury bath and body products are handmade in small, artisan batches from scratch, our standard processing time is 7-10 business days.  Processing time refers to the window required to formulate, pour, package, and drop off your order at the shipping facility. Orders are not processes or shipped on weekends or holidays. 
  • Shipping & Delivery Estimates We ship all packages securely via USPS or UPS. Shipping speeds depend entirely on the method selected at checkout. Estimated transit times are typically 3-5 business days after shipment. Please Note: Transit times are estimates provided directly by the carrier. SKAH Beauty is not legally responsible for minor carrier delays caused by extreme weather, volume spikes, or transit disruptions.
  • Order Tracking Once your package is packed and leaves our studio, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier system to update its tracking status. 
  • Free Shipping Threshold We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $70! For orders under $70, standard carrier-calculated shipping rates apply based on weight and destination at checkout. 

Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Addresses 

  • Address Check: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot change shipping labels once an order is processed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for the secondary shipping fee to resend it.
  • Stolen/Missing Packages: If your tracking link states your package has been delivered but you cannot find it, please contact your local postal branch directly to file a claim. SKAH Beauty is not liable for packages stolen after verified carrier delivery.
